12490925 - Especialista em Inteligência Artificial / Prompt Engineering (BH)

We are looking for an AI / Prompt Engineering Specialist to lead a strategic project implementing and leveraging Anthropic Claude for document analysis and consolidation within the Quality department. In this role, you will work closely with the Quality team from strategy definition to hands-on implementation, user training, and governance structuring, ensuring the scalable and secure adoption of enterprise AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Claude Desktop in accordance with corporate IT rules, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with business and Quality teams to define, test, and validate document consolidation strategies.
• Configure Anthropic Claude, create templates, and define initial prompt strategies aligned with project goals.
• Apply advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to develop and optimize prompts for document processing, verification, and comparative analysis.
• Deliver 20 hours of specialized training to the Quality team, guiding them on the effective use of Claude for document workflows.
• Help establish an AI governance model, defining user roles, usage policies, and quality assurance controls.
• Support the rollout and operation of enterprise AI solutions with a focus on scale, security, and corporate processes.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in Prompt Engineering and developing prompts for artificial intelligence applications.
• Hands-on experience configuring, operating, and utilizing Anthropic Claude, including the Cowork feature.
• Proven track record of deploying and operating AI solutions at scale in corporate environments.
• Practical experience creating templates, defining instruction sets, and configuring AI tools.
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and guide users.
• Business English proficiency for conversation, reading, and corporate interactions.

Differentials
