Java Backend Developer

Requirements: Bachelor (Master is a plus) in computer science, CCE (or related fields) 3+ years of professional experience in Java development, with at least 3 years of experience working with Spring Boot. Strong knowledge of Java 8/11+ features such as lambdas, streams, and functional programming. Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture using Spring Boot. Strong understanding of Spring framework components (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, etc.) Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA Hands-on experience with caching strategies using Redis. Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or ActiveMQ Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques and context window management for backend-driven AI applications (e.g., structuring system prompts, dynamic context retrieval, or RAG workflows).
