Quality Assurance Engineer / Selenium + Java

🚀 We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join an international team and help deliver high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation using Selenium and Java, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases. Ensure product quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies. Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices. Support and promote Quality Engineering best practices across the organization. Participate in CI/CD initiatives to improve testing efficiency and reliability. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver. Solid experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG. Experience with API Testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar. Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation. Experience with Git and version control systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience with AI-powered testing solutions, including: AI-driven test generation Self-healing test automation Test optimization using AI Tools such as GitHub Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or similar Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber). Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
