Senior Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications, RESTful APIs, and web services. You will work in an agile, collaborative environment across cross-functional teams with an understanding of both frontend and backend development, while specializing in the backend. The ideal candidate is proficient in Java Spring Boot framework, has a strong understanding of RESTful API design principles Main Role And Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work in an agile, collaborative environment across cross-functional teams with an understanding of both frontend and backend development, while specializing in the backend. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement automated tests and participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot framework. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles. Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
