Senior Data Analyst

Role Title: Senior Data Analyst Contract Type: Contract (12 Month) Location: Remote U.S. (PST preferred); however, we are open to candidates located in EST/CST time zones and Canada. Team context Reports into [hiring manager / department]; works closely with our one data scientist. The data scientist owns data ingestion, Databricks pipelines, and machine learning. This hire owns everything downstream: curated datasets, metric definitions, Tableau, and AI-driven insight delivery. This is not a pipeline engineering or machine learning role. Must-haves 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data science Advanced Tableau (dashboards, data modeling, performance) Strong SQL and data modeling Working Python for automation, integrations, and analysis Comfort with version control, APIs, and reading and debugging code (generated or hand-written) Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLM APIs, prompt design, or agent workflows) Strong communication with executives and business teams Nice-to-haves Databricks (SQL, notebooks) or similar cloud data platforms MCP or other tool-connection standards Tableau Cloud, Pulse, or Next; Salesforce or CRM analytics Slackbot, Slack workflows, or building agents in Slack Experience testing or evaluating AI output for accuracy What this person will actually do: Build dashboards and define governed KPIs Build agent skills, tasks, and workflows that answer business questions from governed data Deliver alerts and insights in Slack Test agent accuracy and monitor it over time … mais Requisitos adicionados pelo anunciante da vaga • Mais de 3 anos de experiência profissional com SQL • Mais de 3 anos de experiência profissional com Tableau • Mais de 5 anos de experiência profissional com Data Analysis
