Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, AWS) at BairesDev In this role, you'll take a product capability from idea to production, working directly with the people who use it. You'll bring technical leadership to a Node.js and TypeScript platform on AWS while staying close to the code. What You'll Do: - Own a product capability from design through delivery and operation. - Turn product goals into working software. - Design and evolve event-driven services on AWS. - Work with end users to shape requirements. - Use AI-assisted development across the delivery cycle. - Keep services healthy in production. What we are looking for: - 6+ years of experience building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript. - Background designing event-driven microservices architectures in production. - Hands-on work with AWS-hosted platforms. - Track record taking software to production and owning its operation. - Comfort using AI-assisted development tools. - Skill working directly with end users. - Advanced level of English.
