Technical Co-founder (CTO), asset-backed lending fintech

Bairo is an Argentine platform to borrow pesos or dollars using your investments as collateral, without selling them. We start with securities (stocks, bonds and CEDEARs). Our goal is that anyone can use what they own to back a loan.

We have the site live at

[bairo.com.ar](https://bairo.com.ar/), a waitlist, and a defined MVP model: asset pledge, appraisal, haircut and a pre-agreed buyback. We are looking for the person who will build it with us from scratch.

What you will do

Define the architecture and build the MVP: onboarding, appraisal, loan origination, collateral monitoring and liquidation.

Integrate brokers (ALyCs), Caja de Valores and payment rails.

Design the valuation and haircut engine, first for securities, then for less liquid assets.

Shape product, strategy and fundraising with us.

What we look for

Experience building products end to end (backend, data, infrastructure).

Real interest in finance, capital markets or credit. Blockchain or tokenized-asset experience is a plus.

A founder mindset: this is a co-founder role, with equity and no initial salary.
