For our Client we are looking for a: Technical Test Engineer (m/f) Location: Rijeka (1-year contract with possibility to become permanent) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project team members and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate testing activities Design and prepare test cases based on requirements, specifications, and planned features Execute manual tests according to test plans and defined test scenarios Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts to support functional and regression testing Integrate and maintain automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines Develop test strategies and continuously improve verification and testing processes Identify, document and track defects Support development with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Prepare test reports for each release summarizing test coverage, results, defects and overall test status Identify efficient ways to test maintenance releases while maintaining the required level of quality Build, maintain and improve the physical test lab and test environments Evaluate and experiment with new test methods, tools, and frameworks Requirements: Bachelor of Science in computer or electrical engineering (or similar) Good understanding of testing practices such as acceptance testing, regression testing, sanity testing, API testing, integration testing with third-party systems, stress and performance testing (hands-on experience is a strong plus) Practical experience with any of the following is considered a strong advantage: Test automation and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Avocado or similar frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Cypress) Test management tools such as Jira Zephyr CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and code quality tools (e.g. SonarQube) Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience with version control systems, especially Git Understanding of networking technologies and IP telephony Hands-on experience from development or test automation projects Strong communication and collaboration skills Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach, providing open and honest feedback Quality-focused, systematic, and solution-oriented Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required Our Client Offers: Opportunity to work in a multinational environment and gain international experience Supportive and stimulating work environment where initiative, learning, and progress are valued Opportunity to contribute new ideas and improve existing processes Flexible working hours Possibility of hybrid work (3+2) after trial period Meal and transportation allowance Travel, accident, and additional health insurance coverage MultiSport card Non-taxable employee benefits Team-building activities and a positive team culture … mais Benefícios do seu anúncio de vaga Medical insurance Sobre a empresa DEKRA zapošljavanje Hrvatska 9.143 seguidores Seguir Fornecimento e gestão de recursos humanos • 51-200 funcionários • 36 no LinkedIn DEKRA zapošljavanje d.o.o. is a part of DEKRA Arbeit Group from Stuttgart, one of the most successful and innovative umbrella organizations in the area of HR services, with its more than 140 locations throughout Europe.
