QA Automation and Data Quality Engineer at BairesDev In this role, you'll join a fast-moving analytics platform team to extend an existing Cypress suite with AI-driven, self-healing test automation. You'll accelerate delivery by automating test generation and execution using AI tools. What You'll Do: - Extend and level up an existing Cypress test suite on a modern React application without re-platforming. - Implement AI-driven test generation, execution, and self-healing automation to unblock QA delivery. - Thrive in an XP-style environment with one-week sprints, approximately 5 cards per week, and heavy asynchronous collaboration. - Maintain and improve test coverage across a Symfony/PHP backend and React frontend. - Identify data quality issues and contribute to the overall quality strategy in a fast-paced environment. What we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in QA automation or software engineering. - Strong hands-on Cypress experience on modern React applications. - Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate test generation, execution, and self-healing. - Comfort working in high-intensity, fast-moving XP-style teams with constant context-switching. - Advanced proficiency in English.
