🚀 The Challenge
At fiordo.ai, we are transforming how hyper-regulated industries manage their compliance (GRC). Starting with the multi-billion-dollar aquaculture sector in Chile, we utilize a multi-agent AI architecture to automate critical data capture and regulatory reporting. We eliminate human error, operational bottlenecks, and the constant risk of massive compliance fines.
🧠 Your Role
We are looking for a Technical Co-founder and CTO who perfectly bridges the gap between technology and business. We don't just need a developer; we need an architect for our technical strategy. You will:
Build & Lead: Design and develop the platform from the ground up, integrating AI agents, LLMs, and unstructured data processing into a seamless, scalable architecture.
Hybrid Vision (Tech + Business): Make technical decisions that directly drive business metrics, understanding exactly how the technology solves the users' daily pain points.
Engineering Culture: Lay the methodological foundations and scale the engineering team as the company grows and raises capital.
🎯 What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Fluent English and Spanish (Must-have): Absolutely essential for technical documentation, interacting with global investors, and staying at the forefront of AI development.
Artificial Intelligence Expertise: A solid technical background in AI and Machine Learning, with proven experience taking LLMs and data processing models from concept to production.
Founder Mindset: You are agile, comfortable operating in early-stage uncertainty, and can switch from programming the backend to pitching the product's value proposition to a VC with ease.
