Java Full Stack Dev

Full Stack Development Build and maintain features across a Java/Spring backend and Angular frontend Debug production issues end-to-end — from UI through API to database Work within an existing codebase while incrementally improving structure, test coverage, and maintainability Integrate and maintain third-party API connections as part of the broader platform Implement and expand API endpoints that serve both internal platform consumers and external-facing surfaces Platform Reliability Take ownership of assigned workflows and ensure they run reliably in production Respond to and resolve production incidents during business hours Improve release consistency and deployment reliability over time Document system behavior, dependencies, and technical decisions for the team Re-architecture Contribution Contribute to an ongoing effort to evolve a production monolith into a more modular architecture Build new API endpoints that establish clean contracts for services being extracted Write and expand test coverage to support safe refactoring and incremental migration Collaboration Work closely with the pod lead and product team to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions Provide clear updates on progress, blockers, and risks Document your work thoroughly so knowledge is shared across the team What We're Looking For Required 4+ years of software engineering experience in production environments Strong, hands-on proficiency in Java/Spring — Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data Experience working with and stabilizing complex production codebases Working knowledge of Angular or similar frontend framework Solid MySQL fundamentals — queries, indexing, data integrity Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines Testing experience with JUnit or similar frameworks Nice to Have Familiarity with AWS services — EC2, RDS, S3 Experience contributing to a legacy-to-modern migration or re-architecture effort Background in fintech, proptech, or regulated industries Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch Working Style you take ownership of a problem and see it through without constant directionExecution-focused: you are careful and methodical in complex, high-stakes production systemsDetail-oriented: you are comfortable in both legacy and evolving environmentsAdaptable: you work well across internal and external teams and communicate proactivelyCollaborative: you take pride in your work and do not leave things half-doneOwnership mindset: secure development practices Countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay … mais Pesquise vagas mais rápido com Premium Acesse informações sobre empresas, como prioridades estratégicas, tendências de número de funcionários e muito mais Guilherme e outros milhões de usuários têm contas Premium Reative o Premium Aproveite o suporte 24 horas e cancele quando quiser.
