Principle Software Engineer

Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and modern software engineering practices. Develop scalable, highly available, and performant services and applications. Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code. Conduct and participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback. Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues. Collaboration & Mentoring Work closely with Product engineers, test engineers, QA, and other engineering teams. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Mentor Senior Software Engineers and help develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team. Promote knowledge sharing through technical presentations, documentation, workshops, and communities of practice. Act as a technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges. Education & Experience Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of professional software development experiences Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, for example C#, .NET / .NET Core, C++, python, Java… Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices. Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications. Understanding of relational and/or SQL databases and data-access technologies will be preferred. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-optimization skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. Familiar with AI tools will be preferred.
