In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements. Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features. Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment. Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities. 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role. High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
