Sobre a vaga
Remote. 1 month initially, with scope to extend.
The role
We are an early-stage, VC-backed B2B AI product. We are looking for a product designer to lead design as we move from a hands-on enterprise deployment to a self-serve platform, and to lift the visual quality of the product overall.
Small team, hands-on work. Design leads and frontend implements directly from it, so what you design gets built quickly.
What you'll work on
Self-serve experience, end to end. Sign-up, onboarding, connecting tools, trial and subscription states, account management.
Visual and UX refresh of the existing product. The core screens where users spend their time need to feel intuitive without any guidance.
Conversational AI interfaces. Chat-driven flows, streaming responses, agent reasoning states, confirmations before actions, and generated outputs.
Data-dense screens. Metrics, recommendations and insights, presented so a user can act on them in seconds.
A consistent component system so new screens can be built without starting over each time.
What we're looking for
Strong product design skills, with a portfolio of shipped work rather than concepts.
Fluency with Figma, plus Canva, Illustrator or equivalents for supporting assets.
Experience with B2B SaaS, particularly data-heavy or workflow-driven products.
Comfort working directly with engineers, with clean handoff and a practical sense of what is cheap to build versus expensive.
Self-direction. We work at a weekly cadence, so you should be able to take a direction and run with it between check-ins.
Nice to have
Conversational AI interfaces or B2B AI agent products.
Self-serve SaaS onboarding and activation flows.
How to apply
Send your portfolio with links to past projects. We want to see work you can walk us through: the problem, your decisions, and what shipped. If you have designed AI products or self-serve onboarding, point us there first.
