TierTwelve Senior Software Engineer – Java/Python/AI (Work From Home)

Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Java/Python/AI to lead and support the development of backend systems and AI-enabled applications. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can provide technical guidance, mentor less experienced engineers, and recommend future development options that improve quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability. The Senior Software Engineer will focus on technical guidance: helping the team make sound engineering decisions, reviewing solution approaches, advocating for improvements, and working with the whole team to accomplish shared goals. TierTwelve Team for special education services, working with School districts to provide custom solutions for early identification where students need assistance in education.
