Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features. Required Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
