Responsibilities
- Build dashboards for sales, marketing and ops
- Analyse ROAS, CAC, LTV, repeat rate and RTO
- Clean and join data from Shopify, ads and logistics
- Automate recurring reports
- Present insights in plain language
Requirements
- SQL and Excel/Sheets
- A BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI or Metabase)
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics
- Clear communication
Nice to have: Python (pandas), GA4, BigQuery
