Responsibilities

• Build dashboards for sales, marketing and ops
• Analyse ROAS, CAC, LTV, repeat rate and RTO
• Clean and join data from Shopify, ads and logistics
• Automate recurring reports
• Present insights in plain language

Requirements

• SQL and Excel/Sheets
• A BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI or Metabase)
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics
• Clear communication

Nice to have: Python (pandas), GA4, BigQuery
