Support and troubleshoot production issues related to AP operations, payment runs, banking integrations, VIM workflows, and invoice processing. Perform root cause analysis of incidents and coordinate resolution across SAP, middleware, banking, and third-party solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solution designs. Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployments for AP-related enhancements. Collaborate with global procurement, treasury, finance, and IT teams to support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes. Monitor and support payment interfaces, including XML, IDoc, SWIFT, and bank connectivity solutions.
