Software Engineer (m/f/d)

At Arvana, we're building the first AI-native Go-to-Market company in DACH. Since 2024, we've grown to over €5M ARR and more than 30 people, and we're only just getting started. More than 200 companies like Swisscom, monday.com, Enpal, Talkdesk and FreeNow already rely on us.

What carries us is our own in-house software, Arvana OS. Clients, campaigns, reporting and billing all run there. Our team works with it every day, and our clients see their campaigns, reports and results there. On top of that come AI agents that we build ourselves. We run local models like gpt-oss and Qwen3.8 and use frontier models where it makes sense.

As a Software Engineer, you develop both further. You're one of the first tech hires at Arvana, help build the tech team and take full ownership of your topics. You can start right away.

What you'll do

• You develop Arvana OS further, with Next.js in the frontend, FastAPI in the backend and Postgres via Supabase underneath.
• You build features end to end instead of just one layer of them.
• You model our data cleanly, with entities, migrations and indexes.
• You integrate our systems for email and LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Google and Meta Ads.
• You build AI agents and run them on our own infrastructure.
• You write tests and make sure error messages actually help when things go wrong.

What you bring

• German at C2 level: You speak and write German confidently and persuasively, because our clients are based in DACH.
• Experience: You have 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience and have built products that real users use every day.
• Stack: You write TypeScript, Python and React/Next.js.
• Databases: You really understand databases and spot a query that won't scale before it goes to production.
• AI tools: You work with Claude Code and know the difference between good and bad code.
• English: You speak and write fluent English.
• Nice to have: Experience with n8n, BigQuery or IT security.

1. Quick intro call

After you apply, we get back to you quickly. In a 10-minute call, we check whether there's a basic fit and set up the next meeting right away.

2. Personal fit

In the second conversation (about 30–45 minutes), we get to know you properly and find out what drives you. We also show you how we work at Arvana and answer all your questions.

3. On-site case study & meet the team

Beforehand, you get a case study from our day-to-day work, which you prepare at home and then present at our office at Rosenstraße 17. You also meet our founders Arne and Mirco in person and get to chat with the team. In about 90 minutes, we walk you through our processes, our mission and our business plan. We get back to you within 2 days.
